1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes delivery on the first Thursday of the month. (Excluding July 2025, we are closed for vacation Eucalyptus will be delivered is 1st Thursday.) 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver your flowers as per the subscription schedule. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for deliveries already made. If unsatisfied with your delivery, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. In order to keep our prices competitive we only deliver Eucalyptus bundles once a month. Orders by the 15th or previous month will be delivered. The following month on 1st Thursday. For example if you order on January 1st your order will be delivered 1st Thursday in February. If you order on January 16th. Your first delivery will not be until March 1st Friday.
